If you haven’t already, check your website from your smart phone or tablet. Ask yourself if it is a site you would want to (or even be able to) use from a mobile device. If not, is it worth the investment to make the site work for those customers whom you are missing out on?
It is important to note that Google publishes information like this to help businesses do well in its search engine. They know that if you do well, everyone prospers.
