Team PHenomenal Hope
Team PHenomenal Hope wanted an update to its existing website. In just four months, Team PHenomenal Hope realized a new Sponsorship Packet, Graphic Mark (logo), completely custom-built website with a new design and content organization, an updated annual email campaign and strategy leveraging its corporate sponsorships, a new HTML email design, and a new quarterly social media campaign.

Pittsburgh Harlequins Rugby
The Pittsburgh Harlequins Rugby Football Association came to the Fort Pitt Web Shop seeking a low-threshold way to administer their website without having to rely on contractors or volunteers. Their existing content management system was not intuitive to them. We performed a content migration into a content management system that the Harlequins were more readily able to engage with.
Fort Pitt Web Shop partnered with Rachel Adkins Design of Cleveland, Ohio, to provide a fresh design that would help establish the Harlequins brand nationally. We also consulted with the Harlequins to determine optimum ways to deliver information to their various audiences, identify and provide content upfront that users want most (based on web analytics data), and in the way they wanted it (which we found to be on a mobile device).

They desired a mobile-friendly website. Fort Pitt Web Shop delivered these and also provided a thorough content review to help weed out confusing and outdated web copy.
